1. Copy the sample refund form and send it to your team by e-mail to info@action-sports.de

2. You will receive a return label via email within one business day

3. Fill out the return form enclosed with the delivery

4. Send the goods you want to return to us, and the completed return form, in a box suitable for shipping. We recommend that you use the same shipping material in which we sent you your order.

5. Stick the return label, which you have received from us via e-mail, on the package

6. Hand over the package to a DHL parcel store or conveniently to the letter carrier at your front door
